Mark your calendars. Groundhog Day at Ocean Alley is just around the corner. Tuesday morning, February 2, 2016 will have everyone again taking a dip in the ocean to celebrate this annual event. The day offers breakfast, a T-shirt and a chilly swim, all to raise money for the Hollywood Beach Lifeguard Competition Team.
