President Dan Serafini opened the board meeting and welcomed our board.
Roll was called and a quorum called.
Agenda
⁃ Approved minutes of our annual meeting. Done to Dan to file.
⁃ Reports
⁃ Treasurer, Olga stated no difference since past report.
⁃ CRA:
City and Government: Elena submitted her reports to board members prior to
meeting to review.
Board discussed various issues. No motions.
⁃ Community- Kathy shared community issues regarding South Beach items, 1301,
Streetscaping projects, re-nourishment.
⁃ Membership- Jeff, “many new possibilities”. Rachel is being very helpful securing new
members. Discussions regarding Steve Hollands’ products. Ron to handle.
⁃ Letter to support CRA issue- approved
⁃ Approved new members
⁃ Discussions on continuing beach parking issues especially affecting employee
parking.
⁃ Reviewed meeting schedule. March will be added to next year’s calendar.
⁃ Meeting adjourned at 5pm
