Due to state of emergency declared by Governor DeSantis Sept. 23 regarding Hurricane Ian all operations were suspended, and the full bridge closure period will be extended through Oct. 26, to allow for the completion of the bridge rehabilitation.

The Department is committed to delivering a safe and successful project to the community as quickly and safely as possible.

Again, we appreciate your understanding and patience.
