County and City to reopen at different times: Broward County Recreational Facilities to Reopen Wednesday, April 29/2020. Broward County has issued a new Emergency Order that allows for the reopening of some recreational facilities tomorrow, Wednesday, April 29th including certain county parks, golf courses, boat ramps, marinas, and pools in multifamily developments. All of the openings will come with specific restrictions including limited hours, usage guidelines, social distancing requirements and other regulations to limit interaction.
