Welcome to the 63rd annual Hollywood Beach Candy Cane Parade. The parade is scheduled to roll down the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk on Saturday, December 8, 2018 at 7pm. The Candy Cane Parade on Hollywood Beach is one of the longest running holiday parades in the country. It started back in the mid-1950’s by a group of Hollywood merchants as a way to draw patrons to their shops and businesses. A1A Improvements Project from Sheridan Street to Monroe Street in Hollywood

Traffic Update and Impact: Traffic has been shifted into a new pattern consisting of one lane in each direction of A1A and a dual left turn lane in the center of the road. Oklahoma Street at A1A will be closed beginning Monday, August 13 at 7 a.m. through Wednesday, August 22 at 7 a.m. for side street paver installation. Motorists traveling north or south on A1A to Oklahoma Street will be detoured via Cleveland Street and North Surf Road.
